Joy Comes In The Morning.... We Can See!!!

The River Never Lets me down! Everytime we cross over the Conn River it has a different look to it. The light or shadows change and then the color!! My camera just can not capture the deep colors along that River! I thank the Lord for our many travels!! So awesome is our land!!!
We hope we inspire some to take those trips they have "always meant to take"!!
Travel if you can..... in the Fall!! href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgU7VNrmorSoBzX5PASqp9_vM6C20GumQy7nP4f7FFGIOHJDPtVaPNKLZ31XQwZnVNDepRTy-uBmlDPToHkRiYm2pCoEOm6barYYP_S3voIjHO6zLllo8yxWMs89aHQlE6hxuZuLxOc85bO/s1600/DSCN5613.JPG">We are moving to the north of Brattleboro in a couple days. The RV camps have state requirements and most close by the end of October. We found a rather nice KOA that is open all winter. That does not mean we are staying for December. We have had fun and we are seeing tons of things but we are getting ready to head back to the mid-west.
We would like to find Grandma Moses Museum of paintings, Dear Janes Quilt in Bennington, then Boston and all the places of history that we can fit in there....and the list goes on!!

Brattleboro is a very pretty village. They believe in no growth. There are no new builds here since in the 60's. People walk or ride their bikes everywhere. They even encourage you to turn off your engine at certain intersections to help the environment. The little lady and older man are at the post office regularly with their Make Love Not War sign!! a Big Red Heart!! So, we are in the land of nod at times, it does seem. But it is nice. We all have views! And Vermonts' Green Mountains are the best. The A.T. goes directly through the Green Mountains; that must be a very steep climb at times!!
I can see clearly now the rain is gone!!!..... So much to see and do! ! Gary is relaxing tonite after working all last night. We just snuck in the trip to Hogback today....came home and heated up Broccoli Soup from last night. The wind and rain are coming. We see our precious friends after 27 years on Thursday in Conn and then we move our RV in a few too. So, we will see you in a few!!! Love to you all! and Sweet Dreams!! Quilted Love, kari
